A
Fort Mill native, Cathy graduated Cum Laude from the University
of South Carolina in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in
political science. She earned her law degree from the University
of South Carolina School of Law in 2000.
Prior to joining Hamilton Martens Ballou & Sipe, LLC in
2005, Cathy practiced with Kennedy Covington Lobdell &
Hickman where she focused in real estate development and finance.
She has experience in negotiating and closing a variety of
commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions,
dispositions and financing transactions. Cathy is a member
of the York County and South Carolina Bar Association and
the Rock Hill Junior Welfare League.
