An
alumnus of Woodberry Forest School, Hank graduated from the
University of Virginia with distinction in 1979, and received
his law degree from the University of Richmond in 1983. After
law school, Hank clerked for United States District Court
Judge William M. Acker, Jr. in Birmingham, Alabama. Hank received
his Masters in Tax Law (LL.M.) from Georgetown University
Law Center in 1988, and is a certified tax specialist. Hank
is admitted to practice law in South Carolina, the District
of Columbia and Virginia. He was formerly a partner with Kennedy
Covington Lobdell & Hickman in Charlotte, North Carolina.
