Our firm was founded in the summer of 2004 by four experienced litigators committed to providing the highest level of legal services to individuals and businesses in York County and across South Carolina. We have since expanded to nine lawyers in order to better serve the spectrum of our clients' legal needs.

In order to better serve our real estate clients in the fast-growing Upstate and throughout South Carolina, we have established a wholly-owned title insurance company, Old Town Title Company, LLC.
