Hamilton,
Martens, Ballou & Sipe, LLC is pleased to announce that
Cathy Lightsey Weaver has become a member of the Firm.
A Fort Mill native, Cathy graduated Cum Laude from the University
of South Carolina with a degree in political science and received
her law degree from the University of South Carolina in 2000.
Prior to joining Hamilton Martens Ballou & Sipe, LLC in 2005,
Cathy practiced with Kennedy Covington Lobdell & Hickman where
she focused in real estate development and finance. She has experience
in negotiating and closing a variety of commercial real estate transactions,
including acquisitions, dispositions and financing transactions.
Cathy heads the Firm's Real Estate Practice group with a focus on
real estate development and financing. Cathy is experienced in a
variety of business and real estate matters, including:
