Freddy
Faircloth has been elected to serve as a member of the Board of
Trustees for the York County Community Foundation (YCCF).
Established in 1988 to provide philanthropy within York County,
the YCCF assists not for profit organizations build and obtain endorsements,
provides seed program grants to non-profit organizations, and assists
individual donors establish charitable giving programs.
Freddy regularly advises clients on a variety of tax, business,
corporate, and estate planning matters. Freddy graduated from Clemson
University in 2000 with an undergraduate degree in accounting and
went on to obtain a law degree from the University of South Carolina
(2003) and an LLM in taxation from the University of Florida (2004).
